Welcome to T's Shoreline Boutique! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products purchased through our website, operated via Shopify.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–72 hours to update.
4. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
T's Shoreline Boutique LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
